PROCESS: VOICE process in US healthcare, into claims processing

EXPERIENCE: 0-7YRS in any field- Bpo experience would be an added& nbsp;advantage

WORK TIMINGS : 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM Fixed shift, Saturday and Sunday off.   Pick and drop facility provided.

CRITERIA: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND ANALYTICAL SKILLS: No healthcare background required

QUALIFICATION: Should be a graduate( Undergraduates pursuing graduation eligible)

SALARY : For associates:          1.75   2.5 Lacs Per Annum CTC

For Sr. Associates/Product Trainers:   2.6 - 3.2 Lacs Per Annum CTC

PROCESS : High Voice process in Customer Care and Sales

EXPERIENCE : 0-10 YRS in any field- Bpo experience would be an added advantage

WORK TIMINGS : Night shift. Pick and drop facility provided

CRITERIA : EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL  SKILLS

QUALIFICATION :  Should be a GRADUATE / UNDERGRADUATE: : Btech, Be freshers not eligible

SALARY : 2 .64- 3.45 Lacs per Annum CTC

EXPERIENCE: 0-10YRS in any field- Bpo experience would be an added advantage

CRITERIA: EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

QUALIFICATION: Should be a graduate/ Undergraduate

SALARY : For Sales process: 1.2   2.3Lacs per Annum + excellent incentives

                   For tech support : 2 -3.5Lacs Per Annum   ;


GENPACT for a Voice Process  into Customer Service profile.
